this is so tough...i had a friend years ago who got raped...she would never report it...just lived with it afterwards...and i know it always haunts her...but sometimes trying to prosecute the one who did it puts the victim through more pain, guilt and scrutiny that she does not deserve.

in ways, the bad guy wins not matter what.

So true jacob, on the survivor site I'm on, you would not believe what the 'victims' are put through, the perpetrator has more rights...many times these rapes go unreported due to these horror stories. Thanks for the read...

I agree with your words. We have politicians and preachers who say rape is God-will. I have three daughter and six sisters. Rape is crime and need the strongest laws against it to ensure all woman are safe everywhere. Thank you for your powerful quote.

This on really hit me. I have someone really close to me whoo was raped when she was young. I only found out because she had hit her breaking point and was caught running in the middle of the street screaming....I know who did it but I was told. Not to do anything. F****r, one day.....
