Serial Monogomist

Serial Monogomist

A Poem by Kismet

Not too many lovers for me
I'm content, so content I'm happy
Always me and you against the earth
loving the bliss of home and hearth
and then it all starts to happen
the clouds they form, my life it dampens,
i begin to fear myself
i put off my mental health
I fear the loss of love
then I seek answers from above
but it's never enough
and our relationship gets rough
until i lose it all, you see
it's a self-fulfilling prophecy
