Frozen

Frozen

A Poem by Kismet
"

Believe it or not there is a positive way to look at this poem, as well as a negative view. You decide...whatever helps you...

"
The flame no longer flickers
yet ashes, they still burn
My spirits frozen still
as the world around me turns
look me in the eyes and tell me,
what is it that you see?
A mirror looking back at you,
only this mirror is a broken thing
the ghosts from dreams arise and only memories haunt what could be
chained, I struggle to no avail
I fight so I can be free...
but I lose the battle night and day
begging for help inside,
and on the outside I don't know what to say,
help, help, help...
as my voice, it fades away...
