Wow, I just read your poem Embers and then thought I'd check out more of your writing. This is amazing the way you have captured the death of our dreams! I've had almost exactly this kind of recognition of the
grotesque way we feature our dead dreams in our life. Unable to give them up, but unwilling to risk living them. I've never known anyone else to recognize this.
Free2bee thanks for this write. Just like Michael Lasalle i really like this line "where do dreams go to die" it's thought provoking and so powerful. for some reason though you didnt explain it all out it made me wonder why? But i really liked this write and it spoke to me so
Great Job
I would love for you to write more like this
Promisekeeper
Ps.
But next trime give more explainations to your writes and make them longer
thank you, i really enjoyed reading this,"where do dreams go to die" i love that, beautifully
done, the entire idea is definitely original, and grabs hold of the readers thoughts, the depthfully
charged meaning is excellent and speaks from the soul, i think many people could relate to this,
to think of a dream as dying, and what becomes of the form, that is brilliant, really is,
the passionate form accentuates the wording, straightlaced and clearly defined, heart touching.
i guess in a way dreams never die unless you move on or change your standpoint on a issue in your life....... very nice write.................... i really enjoyed the imagrey you give in this poem
I've always loved the written word, I've been avidly reading since a very young age and it is still a passion for me. I've started to write in the past few years, mainly poems. I'm still trying to fin.. more..
