Ryan White AIDS is not a problem

This is a tribute to one of the greatest symbol of strenght, Ryan White who was judged by society because he had AIDS. I got inspired to write this poem after reading his biography ''My own story''.

Symbol of JOY
When everyhting around us is a drain
Ryan White
You're our symbol of courage
To be able to suffer the rain

With great PRIDE
You are everything humanity should be
Innocent

Humble

And no matter how much pain you got

You are still smiling

You were given to men

To teach us a lesson

You are an angel

That came down to earth

To help us improve

You came here with all these sufferings

To show the world

That there is life with pain

Extortion and hate

 

By coming to Earth

It changed the life and the heart of

Many people around the world

It helped us being wiser souls

Only the hought of you makes us smile

And gives us courage

Everybody that has known you

Through media or in person

Loves you

 

Thank you and congratulations

Your mission has been accomplished

May your light shine in

Everybody's heart

Forever
