Their DeceitA Poem by ThomPoem about war
I understood from my dad
What war was to be Even as a tiny lad I knew war glory to be for me But then we were called out Into the night the ash And then my change of heart I would shout War would now on to my back lash This pain it in my mind bore And I would no longer think good of war Because it did cause to me an infliction And so no longer has the world an addiction See it was us that died for you Us that died for the free Us buried in two Us that died you and me And only now we understand.
