Silver Tongue

Silver Tongue

A Poem by ~L.A.
"

Some little poem I wrote at lunch

"
I am sweet and kind,
in the eyes of many.
I appear as though I never weave lies.
But don't turn against me,
for I'll begin,
to turn those closest to you,
from you.
I have a silver tongue,
and a very skilled one at that.
I'll begin by persuading,
the lesser ones.
Then I'll continue,
until they're all against you.
So watch your back,
you'll never know when I'll strike,
I'll be as fast as a cobra,
and as cunning a a politician.
Just keep in line,
and you may be fine,
but don'g let your guard down,
I'll notice and strike,
you'll never see it coming...
So just beware of my skillful,
SILVER TONGUE!

Omg. I love this. Very intimidating, I fear for those that have caused you anger! Very well done!
