My thoughts in stanza

My thoughts in stanza

A Poem by Alexander Fox

In the mouth of the wolf, kill it
In the name of the father, obey it
In the name of the mother, forgive it
In the name of the brother, fight it
In the name of the sister, cherish it
In the name of the lover, protect her
In the name of thy self, become it.
Semper paratus will hold me till death.
If I should fail, Carry it on.
We all have a purpose. Mine is in the making.
Sogni Dolci, Sweet dreams, my future lover.

I suppose I only sort of understand it...but I do know that if you had made the whole first part completely parallel then it would be a bit better. I'm not good at saying why, so I'll just say that I really like it.
