I inspired this poem from 1D's song (Once In A Lifetime). I hope it doesn't sound like I copied their words, but I really love this song. Hope you like it! :) <3

Once in a lifetime,

last night..

when all the sounds 

echoed your name.

I turned around 

you weren't there but somehow 

it felt like..

you've been here all this time.

And I can't help it but 

I'd stand up, right now 

and do anything to be your everything

yeah, I love you this much..

Once in a lifetime,

you were the reason behind my smile.

But here we are now, apart

but we can be strong as one.

If you only c a r e d

if I only was brave enough.

And I can't help it but

I'd catch a shooting star 

and turn this lonely night 

into a dream that comes out to life..

I'd do it all for you.

you were mine.

Wish if it only was a mess of a curious mind.

I fell asleep and forgot about us.
