Boy Best Friend

just a poetry about a pair of best friends who don't live in the same city yet are always a big part in each other's lives

Polar opposites they were

Somehow united

Not a day goes by

that they don't talk

Though they don't meet

They met through a third

Got to know each other better

Shared a bond like no other

Scolded, teased and advised the other

There they were

Two best friends

Laughing and having fun

Without a care in the world

They spent hours together

No, not physically

After all,

They were cities apart

Midnight calls

Texts all day

A shoulder to cry on

Be it best or worst moments

They were there for each other

Someone once quoted,

"Boys and girls can't be Friends"

They smiled and replied,

"We're not just friends

 We're Best Friends"
