Wired

Wired

A Poem by Alana Michele
"

This is an older poem i had written while still in high school

"

you pull the wires

tear it apart

red to red

white to yellow

redo

white to white

yellow to yellow

but the tv refuses to work

you keep at it

throw your strength in

spend a lifetime on the details

but never care to read the directions

so life takes its toll

and the tv still wont work

I know that the red yellow and white wires have nothing to do with a tv working, that is the point

A very human predicament. I think we have all been there. It just shows how connected we all are and I don't mean by wires.

Remind of a poem that tells of men weakness to know everything and really don't know too much. You made your point in this short poem. Sometime we like to do trial and error. Most times it ends in error. A very good poem. Thank you.

Well for an old highschool poem it's pretty good...
as for the red yellow and white wires having nothing
to do with the TV working you might want to check
your dvd hook up it has all those colored wires ;-)
Great read!
