Replacement

Replacement

A Poem by Sophia Gurley
"

About a young woman looking for a mature grown up love.

"

I'm looking for a Man

Not a shorty, or a little boy

I've come along way

From getting my heart broken to being betayed

I refuse to take anything less than what

I deserve and this is what I have on my list

For my future replacement

Tough times don't last

Tough people do

Is what he used to say to me

he said it so much til it became me

I live by it

If you let me dominate you

You already lost game

Fakes who talk a good one

I'm use to it, try a new one

that's old skool

I'm a loiness with that

I'll devour you

some say I'm intimidating

I want someone whos not afraid of that

He can shut my game down

and me not get mad at it

Instead we sit back

and laugh at it

cause I'm cute with it

and he can't even get mad  at it

He loves me so much

but at times can't stand me

Still you will be there for me

Til the end you want me for me

You love the fact

I give you what you need

Strong woman hold you down

Just hold on to me

Only problem is....

You're just an epiphany
