![]() Fist HeartA Poem by Cardinal Robin
Fist Heart the shape of the heart is not at all like in Art it has no point, no orderly dual curves, no mirror image symmetry it’s not a flipping Wham-o Frisbee it isn’t a man-made contraption the shape of the heart is more like a fist, your fist is the proportional approximation of your heart’s actual size not huge, like cartoon eyes if you are Itchy then Scratchy way but the heart is not Easy Peasy the shape of the heart is a physicalized organic fractal fundamental, elemental, morphological unit of the Divine Corpus Christi it is Babbitt’s Atom and Schrodinger’s Cat in three seconds flat lub dub and the emptiness between is us, The Ghost In The Machine the shape of the heart is not a fist the heart wraps itself in a two chamber embrace pacemaker sentinels and barrels chambered serving 24/7 our vessel’s process unlike the brain, the heart bears no duplicity it is not codependent, it cannot lie or manipulate, or deny it is LOVE emanating in cycles of synchronicity with the one and only first breath we share with Divinity Robin © 2008 Cardinal RobinFeatured Review
