After that night I had to find another way to see her. I think I knew just the person to go to also. It was lunch and I found my way out side into the cold air, it would snow soon. I walked over to the pick up truck where all of us guys eat lunch. I walked up to Mitchel and Zach they were the only ones out here so far.

"Hey Dave!" Yelled Zach as I approached the two. I waved.

"I need a favor. Mitchel can I borrow your car?" He eyed me.

"Where are you going? Why don't you use your car."

"Im going down to the other highschool and I'm not bringing my pricey Audi down there." He sighed.

"Dave, come off of this Sienna thing you got going. I know my car is s**t but I won't risk it." I leaned up against the truck.

"Come on man, I'm not going to see her." He eyed me over.

"One scratch and I will skin you alive!" He threw me the car keys and I walked over to his beat up Jetta and tore out of the parking lot. I drove the streets down to the other side of town, the streets grew progressively worse and violance was high. I reached the highscool and noticed a fence, I had been here once before and I knew I wasn't walking through the front door. I walked to the eating area and noticed Amy sitting alone. I reached up and jump the fence mindful that I didn't catch the attention of any of the teachers. I strode over to Amy and sat down next to her.

"How you doing baby sis?" She jumped next to me and quickly glanced at the teacher then back at me.

"Dave what are you doing here, you could get arrested." I shrugged my shoulders.

"I had to see you, its been far to long." She visibly relaxed. You see Amy is my half sister, my father doesn't know about her. It was right after mom had died, a one night stand. I had met Amy when our schools were together and we had an uncanny resemblence and when I had asked her who her father was my jaw dropped when she had said my fathers name.

"How are you Dave... Dad?" I looked away.

"Dad was never the same after my mother died, he just lives in automatic." Her delicate hand found mine. I saw Sienna and ducked my head. She at across from Amy and eyed me.

"Amy why didn't you wave me over? Who is this." I turned to face her.

"Hi Sienna." I said looking into her eyes, my face showing a sad smile.

"Dave! What are you doing here? You know you shouldn't be here? I need to go, before Carson finds out your here." She stood and I reached out and held her wrist.

"Are you ok?" I asked sincerely. She flashed me a quick smile before I let go and she went over to Carson. I sighed, she shouldn't be with him.

"Dave, What are you really doing here?" I turned back to Amy.

"I need a way to see her away from Carson." Amy sighed and gave me a sad smile.

"Bro I told you to get over her, you both are caught up on each other and Carson is getting suspicious." I raked my hand over my face.

"Just one meeting, I have to tell her." Amy took pity on me.

"Father okay with small parties?" I nodded, he could care less if I had people over.

"Invite a few dudes over and their girls and Sienna and I will come." I smiled and hugged her.

"I knew there was a reason I loved you." She rolled her eyes.

"It is supposed to snow Dave and we might get snowed in but, that could work in your favor." I smiled at Amy, some times she was brilliant.

"Thank you, remember don't say anything to father. It is best he doesn't know. Soon I promise you. But its too close to her death, to spring it on him." Amy sighed, she wanted nothing more than father to be there for  her but in truth my father didn't care enough and I didn't want Amy to get hurt cuz my father was an a*s. So I've kept them at arms length until now.

"You better tell him soon Dave." I nodded, and looked at my phone.

"I got to go." I stood and kissed the top of her head. I walked calmly past a monitor till I was behind the Cafeteria building. I jumped off the loading dock and snuck around to the car. I gave one last look to Sienna who was looking my way before I pulled my hood up and drove back to my school. I arrived in enough time to give Mitchel his keys back before we had to go inside.

"So dude how did it go?" I smiled.

"That sister of mine is pure genious, this weekend you, Kyle, Zach and Tyler come over. Have the guys bring their girls." Mitchel looked evily at me.

"Sienna will be coming." I closed my locker and turned away. I shouted over my shoulder.

"By the way, Amy will be there." I wondered if he could stand my sister, but I knew he had a thing for her. This weekend was going to be good.

School passed fairly quickly and soon I found my self walking out to my Audi. I drove the streets to a small white wash house. I walked in all the curtians were drawn making it dark. It rank the stench of beer and Pizza. I opened the curtains and noticed my father passed out on the couch. I nudged him.

"Wake up." My father just raked a hand over his face.

"What do you want?" I sighed he was agitated.

"For you to clean up I have people coming over and I don't want them to see you like this." I knew that he had to look sober if Amy was coming over.

"What do I care?" I shoved his feet off the couch and collected the bottles off the table throwing them in a bin.

"You should, do me a damn favor for once...Its not like you can do much else." I mumbled the last part under my breath.

"What did you say boy?" He stood and walked over to me.

"I said do me a damn favor and sober up, play daddy for once." He came closer and the stench of alcohol was evident on his breath.

"You will not talk to me like that son." His brown eyes were hard like steel.

"Oh so I am your son now? You were never my father, so do me this favor." My anger was rising, every damn year near my mothers death he would get wasted; after that he would act like nothing happened.

"I have acted like your father." His voice was softer.

"Your some father, its been sixteen years and you still get drunk every year when it nears the time she dies. It's been sixteen years and I still know nothing of my mother! A father would of told his son of his mother. A father wouldn't forget his son at school. A father would be there for his son, when you lost mom you lost me too. You practically just threw me away." I shouted in his face, we stood face to face.

"You know nothing, all of this we have I work for you. You arn't mature enough to know about your mother. And I was there for you. Who was there for you when you were sick? When you were crying during the nights. DONT tell me I haven't been a father, look past what you see and then you will realize I have been there." He seemed almost totaly sober.

"Yeah who takes care of your drunk a*s every year, I have been mature enough for years, you haven't accepted it and that just sucks. Any time I ask a question then you just evade and I still get no answer." I turned from him, couldn't he see that I just wanted knowledge, that I craved it.

"This is why..." The door swung open and in walked Mitchel and Zach. My father looked to me and then whispered.

"We will continue this later." He swiftly walked out the kitchen and up stairs to get cleaned up. I finished cleaning up and turned to my dudes.

"Every thing ok Dave?" I sighed.

"Yeah, help me clean up. I don't want the girls to have to live in this pig stye this weekend." Mitchel went to the supply closet to get the cleaning goods and a few minutes later my father joined us, sober cleaned up and seemingly calm. We didn't talk he just sensed my need to clean quickly and helped out. Once we rid the house of pizza and beer smell, the guys and I went down stairs to see if we could find the sleeping bags just in case we got snowed in. We found them on a shelf and they were fine. We heard a loud rumbling and looked out side to see Tyler pulling up in his pick up truck with a trailer and three snowmobiles. I smiled and went out back to uncover my own. I turned it on and in the light dusting I brought it over to the trailer. Tommorrow would be fun.
