A monster lives inside this heart

An evil beast

That hates you all

She screams at me

When you get too close

Her bloodlust

Makes my vision blur

Her claws will ache

To retract and attack

She wants to kill

She wants to fight

Wipe that smirk

Right off your face

Before I smack it off

And make you cry.

My innocent appearence

Is only a ruse

A disguise

That works only too well

So go ahead

Think me safe

Think me harmless

And weak

Just watch your mouth before you speak.

Good job! Touches on the "evil" inside all of us, and the difficulty in supressing it in times of anger. I have felt this way many times before. Its kind of like when you can't stand someone so much that being in the same room with them makes you want to claw their eyes out. Or maybe that's just me. Haha, I'm not like that all of the time.
