The Sky CrackedA Poem by Blooming Flower2023 work. Inspired by the instrumental “The Sky Cracked” by Bea BoethiusStars, shimmering far above our heads. They’ve always been staring down at us. Millions of years old and thousands of miles away. They’ve always been something we wish upon. Maybe we admire the stars so much because they know things far greater than we know. They’ve seen our history and know the truth. They’ve seen our creation and will be there to see our destruction. Some will be destroyed with us. But for now, we’ll be content wishing upon stars. © 2024 Blooming FlowerReviews
