Drifter

Drifter

A Poem by Blooming Flower
"

This is a Prose Poem that I wrote while listening to an instrumental song called Drifter by Takaaki Izumi. It's very short but I only wrote this while the song was playing. It was also written in 2023

"

The waves. Such powerful yet delicate things. They could destroy you on an angry day yet they can lap at your feet and wash your feelings away. Such a beautiful thing. Giving us beautiful shells and stones and patterns in the sand. The salt in the air and the wind playing with your hair. A place where your mind drifts to the realm under the surface. Deep where the fish swim and the seaweed sways.
