Sunrays

Sunrays

A Poem by Writeforlovely

The world swifts the sun onto the woman who sees.

She refuses the shade of the glasses that change the perspective of the truth.

Her telescope eyes are more than enough, the birds wish they saw the world like she did.

They love her wisdom and silent solitude.

Her inner soul glides across the seas, she knows her hearts desires.

Her mind is quiet, her spirit is calm, and her senses are heightened.

Her hands touch high towers, they build different stories.

The world hears her shielded heartbeat and sends sun rays for her comfort.

It seems to have a spiritual quality to it, which is always interesting to me. The idea that she can see more than others, and the idea that her wisdom is related to her heightened perception. Good job, and very nice to meet you!

Thank you, Braden! I look forward to reading some of your work as well. Nice to meet you!
The words beautifully sketch the personality of the lady, calming and charming. I like the metaphors, they're simple and precise. This is a great brief write.
