HopeA Poem by Penelope Aubergine GherkinLast summer I attended a camp for young people involved with sustainability issues. It was just such an incredible vibe and feeling of community and i came back feeling so inspired
Hope has a song all of her own
She bubbles up through dark ground A strange light of her own dimension spreading underneath locked doors seeping through the cracks drowning out history's steady rhythm and the silent ache that can so easily flood She filters dancing through faces words the thud of hearts And her vision clear and full fills up this space
No we dont have all the answers
but we have hope and i like to think that's something © 2010 Penelope Aubergine GherkinAuthor's Note
