Eleventh of NineA Poem by fleaWe’re governed by greed, where oil is gold. America’s children, get sent from their home. They stand on the sand, in the desert of heat. An invisible enemy, who’ll never retreat. A war that’s not war, in a land that’s not ours. A month of your wages, to fuel up our cars. Searching for weapons, that no one can find. Seeking revenge, for the eleventh of nine. © 2011 fleaReviews
