How quickly we forget. Ivan my friend; the one who threw my life into pure chaos and then redeemed it again. Geeze man it seems like it's been years since I've visited you. Sappy or not this is a wonderfully constructed and colorful piece. Another brilliant Mantra, another symbol of your desire for the real deal and another testament to your devotion to an ideal. I love you or that man. I hope your feeling better every day.

Well, women generally like a little sappy. Keep writing like that and she'll turn up. ;)
She's out there somewhere...someone who makes you feel suspended on a golden thread...you trust...feel weightless...
Wait til you have grandchildren...that is an amazing feeling...
there are new feelings out there awaiting you...savor every one...
Very nice sentiments...been there...done that...and missed them too
WHENEVER YOU FIND SOMEONE...
MAKE SURE THEY MAKE YOU FEEL THIS WAY...
BECAUSE TO JUST COME UP WITH THAT...
WITHOUT HAVING THE EMOTIONALEXPERIENCE...
AT THE TIME...
IS SHEER GENEIUS...
AMAZING JOB MAN...
This is adorable, and I love how the last two lines complete the poem perfectly. Great closure, and great "sappy" words, if you so wish to call them "sappy".
omg, the last stanza did it for me. out of all the love poems i have read, this has got to be my favorite. The last stanza was my favorite. i'm sorry you didnt write this for anyone in particular, cause if you would have, the girl couldnt help but love this. Very nice work, its going in my library.
