LIFE THREAD

Your rain is my sun’s tomorrow,
The glimmer of hope in my eyes,
The song that hymns my heart to rise.

The angel I wake to every morning,
Under the sunshine of blue-gray skies,
The light that brightens my night’s guise.

You’re the wind that lays me to bed,
The kiss that tucks my dreams to sleep,
The thread that sews my life complete.

How quickly we forget. Ivan my friend; the one who threw my life into pure chaos and then redeemed it again. Geeze man it seems like it's been years since I've visited you. Sappy or not this is a wonderfully constructed and colorful piece. Another brilliant Mantra, another symbol of your desire for the real deal and another testament to your devotion to an ideal. I love you or that man. I hope your feeling better every day.

Beautiful and romantic........that one person can mean so much.....even if we don't have that love in this moment it has been, and will be , for love is everywhere.

So sweet your poem is. I love the last stanza: You’re the wind that lays me to bed,
The kiss that tucks my dreams to sleep,
The thread that sews my life complete

You may not have this love right now, but to me the fact you wrote this poem is proof of hope that you will someday meet her. What a lucky girl she will be.
