BALLET OF EMOTION

BALLET OF EMOTION

A Poem by FlawedByDesign

BALLET OF EMOTION

Lace your shoes and
pull up little ballerina,
come pirouette on
the pink florets.

Let your feet grace
the sun-kissed petals,
as you dance on
the illusions of flight.

Your movements
in adagio, exquisite -
stirring my feelings
to heavenly chimes.

The ballet of emotion
in my eyes, skipping,
twisting and turning
to your every brisé.

My heart palpitating
to the unsung symphony,
upon which you spread
your wings...my graceful angel.

precision and solid consistancy you've pulled out all the stops to make this
poem the best it can be, the words are alive, and never settle for less.
you like to write in double couplets i say double because you ephasize the
line breaks with your punctuation perfectly at every second line in each

stanza, its the little things tha make good writing stand out in big ways, like perfect punctuation and speaking general on forms
which this form is usually a rhyme form, but you take it to another level,
push the envelope, is excatly what poetry needs nowadays

I've noticed this is a change for you. It's god to try new things it shows that your brave and not afraid of change. I felt a mixture of emotions from this poem. I felt like you felt this way when writing this. I feel unsure whether this poem is my cup of tea. But your write still was sweet and touching. I do admit your writing skills have impressed me.

Beautiful. You have the gift of words, my friend. It seems you have such adoration, such affection for the 'ballerina" you speak of... it's a wonderful thing. :) Great job

Let your feet grace

Very imaginitive it sounds like a parent speaking about their child, it creates such pictures in your mind just by reading each verse - it flows with meaning and it punches with lightning, the poet has done a fantastic job here!
I give a pat on the back! lol :P
100 from me Flaw - hope to see some more of your great work pal.
