My BestfriendA Poem by flauxxual
Write me a story she said
Write me a poem she said Give me your words she said I told her to kindly f**k on or off me Wait those were her words. That I was repugnant and didn't stand a chance I didn't actually say that, they weren't my words I left those in the subtext, you know between the lines- Of texts you never read,of cries for help you never heard. Write something on my wall she said Write it on my arm she said I wrote your name on my heart - till the eraser ran dry While I slept somewhere between in love and scared street. They're the same place really, not much different. Return me my autumn darling, and I will write you a love poem Something that you probably don't deserve. See I only ever wanted to tell you how I feel in someway more intimate than the clicking of keys. Because in my opinion your the last good thing in this town, and I don't give a f**k if you can stand to live without me. I would just like to hear it float in a note from your lips. Once. - That's all I need. Maybe were just a cheesy pick-up line away from never talking again. Paint an empty canvas white and tell me that's what I mean to you. I'd understand. Write about how you feel I said Write all the things you want her to hear I said No I said, I could never. But that's just what I did. © 2013 flauxxualReviews
