Dice still tumbling

Dice still tumbling

A Poem by flash68lb
"

I'm pretty sure most of us have felt the sting of percieved love, and sworn off it forever, love that is. Then she, he walks through your door, your helpless, roll the dice....

"

  Sureal these days,

shrouded in mist,

  a cloak wrapped tightly,

around my world,

  realities kiss but thinly vieled,

will it's touch,

  be as soft, as supple,

as the lipps that touch mine,

as I lay down each night,

ensuring dreams longevity,

  will it be cynacism's fang,

nipping, harrasing, nudging,

  back to the herd,

laughing at my nievety,

  again my heart comes out,

I place it on number seven,

  hoping against hope,

the fable holds true,

  as these words spill forth,

the dice still tumbling,

  realities kiss,

loves wager,

  yet coming....
