random~1A Poem by Flarare Weet
One night my thoughts come rushing through my head when I really should be in bed, playing dead instead.
I'm up on this laptop, finding unproductive things to do, blasting blue and green, hoping to write something that no one has seen. I got to another boring checkpoint in my life, where everything I do feels the same. I'm tamed, like another civilian getting by. I'm thinking far too much to write again, goodbye. But I know I can't rest at that. Times goes on, and my mind won't shut down. I need to ground and pound, screaming out loud so I can hear no more sound.
