Stop Acting Crazy (I want you)

Stop Acting Crazy (I want you)

A Poem by amyjane
"

A song, by me...

"

I found you in the garden

On your knees dirty.

I told you come in baby

Stop acting crazy.

I want you to know.

I watched you as you waited

For your ghosts to gather.

Forgive me for my hatred

Of the ever after.

Let me take you away

Make everything okay

Let me guide you to your life

Let me make you my wife.

You're staring out the window

In conversation.

The rain it sings back to you

with fascination.

I want you

I want you to know.

My darling it's your story

Of a girl on fire.

I laid you in the river

And you got much quieter.
