God Given Talent

Another 5 minute write. I am not a Writer out of my own ability.. but in God, ALL things are possible.

Moses had nothing but a staff

in his hand and

with it he displayed Gods glory.

I too only have this pen and

this voice

and even though its only

a pen and a voice

God can do wonders.

wonders that will bring Him glory

and change the lives of many.

Signs that will show that He is real and

loves you and

came to save you and

can give you everlasting life.

with this God given talent,

you will see the goodness of the Lord,

of how I was addicted and

look at me now! I've been evicted

from the pit of hell

because Gods Son Jesus

lives in me-

and God's redemption shines in me

and God's Spirit flows out me

With this simple pen and paper.

See God chose the simple things

to shame the wise.

I am a child of the Living God and

that means I'm not just here

scribbling on paper.

What you see is

God give talent.

I like this...I used to think writing was not a talent or gift...that if you cuold not sing or dance or whatever then you just were not talented...but thankfully that was the mindset of a child and I no longer possess it...you are gifted/talented...I must say that I loved your description of it..."I am not a Writer out of my own ability.. but in God, ALL things are possible." I cannot describe what about it stopped me...but it did and it just spoke to me...stay blessed!

Looking up the word 'talent' in the dictionary we see it means [n] - a person who possesses unusual innate ability in some field or activity.
