And that's obviously not a wise way to deal with it.'' Since her death, however, Mitch has made a conscious decision to approach the situation in a positive manner. He told the Daily Star newspaper: ''I had to try to be positive - I didn't think I had a choice. It was either that or jump into bed and pull the duvet over my head. ''When you experience loss you don't have to do anything specific to remember them. They're with you all the time. ''We don't have to be in a particular place to have a little cry and a little laugh. Every day we're thinking about her. Everything we do is about her.''
