The Bee and The Fly

The Bee and The Fly

A Poem by moonlight
"

"Not all who wander are lost."~C.S. Lewis

"
Little bee
Are you lost?
There are no flowers here
I see dirty dishes and water-soaked rags
They aren't daffodils
I see your friend
The house fly
Sipping on a droplet of water
Him i can picture here

Fly away little friend
To where the flowers are
But if you wanna stay in this place
Then I'll try to understand
That maybe you got tired
Looking at the beauty of the flowers

I just hope you'd realize
How much good luck you have had
Than your friend
The house fly

moonlight
got inspired to write this poem while i was smoking at our dish-washing area at home and saw this bee buzzing about seemingly lost and out of place and a fly taking small sips of water
