Call it unfair

When it tells you

That your reality ain't colorful

But dull and gray

How you deal with it

Will be your own

I hope you'd still try

To look for those specks of color

Out of those dull gray tones

A poem of hope, and lord knows I need a bit more of that these days. Its stopping to smell the roses, finding the perks in any bad situation...trying to find the good in people no matter how far deep you have to search for it. Such truth within this piece. Going into my favorites as a subtle reminder to find the specks of color within my life whenever its in turmoil. Well done.
