Paradise

Paradise

A Poem by James Paulin
"

Albert's Poetry Cafe ~ 'TOVLI'S TEN'! "An advanced 10/40.

"

not far away.

this desolate place

has only pretty birds

                                to face

      high above

mundane musings,

through trough of thought,

heaven crawled in

aquamarine ocean

peaceful

           easy

                   sleep

go in

                 on gray days

or when

outer is out

                     of control

Very nice take on the "Ten" contest. Thank you for submitting this poem. I am finishing this contest off for Tovli. There was a technical hitch. Helena

A good poem that captures the scene of paradise. I agree that all paradise needs is the ocean and birdsong. Love the format to this and the use of alliteration and colour, brilliant!
