Candle Keeper

Candle Keeper

A Poem by James Paulin

One candle in the dark

Bright Message of hope

Reaching out from within

Selfless and kind

A love light

-

Keeper’s candle steadfast

Unveils the dark

Visual words felt

I believe in you

A beacon

-

Guidance and sight

Look out and in

Two candles in the dark

Go forward remembering

Candle keepers

A small flame that represents so much. It signifies the warmth of home and hearth. Sheds it warm glow of love. Beckons to just sit and enjoy the ambiance of the night. Beautifully written.

Short and kind of simple, but I really like this. You did a good job and should keep writing pieces such as this.
