The inspired heart

The inspired heart

A Poem by Jason
"

Kara is that inspiration...

"

Thoughts
Flutter free
Like autumn leaves spiraling
Toward orange covered
Dirt roads lined with oak trees
Leading to endless plantations
Of our passion, (mere destinations)
Of traveled and worn hearts

                We see their…
Hands held with hope
Of a love finally found
As the ‘daffodil streams’
Find our dreams
And never more
Shall we wonder
-And never more
Would we wonder…
                What a kiss was
                What a scent was
                What a touch was
When our eyes meet

The sounds of sparkling streams
As I hold my blonde-haired dream
Breathing in brisk mountain air
And the scent of a flower in her hair

"As the 'daffodil streams'
Find our dreams"

"And never more
Shall we wonder
-And never more
Would we wonder
What a kiss was
What a scent was
What a touch was

"Breathing in brisk mountain air
And the scent of a flower in her hair"

jeeze. this is my favorite of yours, and not just because it's connected to me and my daffodil streams. i just think you took it to a whole new wonderful level. and then that last line just hits on so many levels, especially come from how special 'daffodil streams' was to me.

awwwwwwwwww!

wish i could give you the longest hug
