The Book of Prevost
A Story by firabelle
This is written about a teacher at my school, by a student that loves Mr.Prevost dearly. Don't judge! It's funny.
First, there was nothing. And then there was Prevost. From his dung Prevost has built brick and mortar. From his own fingernail clippings he produced glass panes. From his hair he produced carpet. And from his teeth he produced tables and desks. Prevost then assembled all of Blank Highschool. From he thought to himself that this was good but incomplete. It lacked depth so he decided to add light. From his ears he produced electricity into the school. This satisfied Prevost accordingly. But to him it still lacked character. And from his eyelashes he produced the first students of Blank High School. And from them he began to plant the seed of knowledge. However, this knowledge bred emotion, and a sect of students became depressed. This displeased Prevost greatly. He figured why could they be sad if they have a free education? So he had slain them and from their blood sprang sprites of immaturity. These beings became known as "freshmen" as they were born from the freshly spilled blood of the ungrateful. These disgusted Prevost as well but he decided that there be no more need for bloodshed so he had them cast away from his class. Eventually, one generation of freshmen to the next had matured and were eventually let into Prevost's class as "sophomores" that aged into "juniors" who aged into "seniors". Unfortunately, those who were not allowed in Prevost's classroom had begun to accumulate and were unattended. They became wicked and began to harm one another for a position of power. Prevost could not let this happened to he had sacrificed some of his favored seniors so that he may create a new race. He named these beings "teachers". These beings were given a little of Prevost's knowledge but none would ever be able to realize his full wisdom. But they did serve their purpose as they did keep order and aided each race to progress into the next race after four seasons. Prevost's own class had eventually become too knowledgeable and soon felt their authority was superior to him. So he had devised a plan. He invented a ruse that would lead his students to believe that he was equal with the rest of the lower teachers. He founded a concept of teachers having companions called husbands and wives. And from the husbands and wives offspring would be born. He also gave the rest of the seniors the gift of "graduation" so that they may eventually ascend to the same level of enlightenment that the teachers had achieved. And to all seniors he gave the gift of "marriage" which had allowed the seniors to have their own husbands and wives and their own children. But these children were special beings on their own. They were born small and feeble. To their parents Prevost had given an even lesser degree of teaching so that they may mature their children to become ready for another realm that Prevost had created, the Elementary School. This would then have the new students ready for Intermediate school and then followed by middle school so that they may become freshmen in high school. And from this Prevost had surrendered his ability to produce freshmen from the blood of The Ungrateful. However, his leisure came at a cost. Now that The Ungrateful had been allowed to live, they became larger in number and occasionally size. With this, Prevost had decided to finally relinquish his power and seek refuge in his classroom among his followers. Such is how Prevost became man.
