Wedding

Wedding

A Poem by Jane Doe

I close my eyes

I close my eyes
See us hand in hand
Not a inch between us
We are lying in sand

The scene changes
In my head
We go from the beach
To our bed

Never changing position
We visit the planet
The visions flip and then a gigantic boom
Coming from a cannon

Were back at our wedding
I'm in a dress
Your in the tux
We both look a mess

My hands in yours
Tears in my eyes
As I say I do
And we begin our no longer secret life

Your hand is sweaty
Your smile is wide
When I look into your eyes
I feel the love in my hide
