ForgottenA Poem by Jane Doe
Forgotten
All good things, Sweet dreams, Even a chance at love, Forgotten. Every poem, Every kiss, And every hug, Forgotten. No memory left, No pictures either, After your crash, There was a giant house fire. So to top you now damaged self, We have no house, But then again it's like nothing to you, Thou has forgotten. It twas not you fault, Merely life, That throws hardships at us, Left and right. No goodbyes, No scrapes bruises or any fall, No sad sighs, You managed to have forgotten it all. You didn't choose, To end up in the hospital bed, Barely clinging to life because, Of the nasty wound on you head. But that disease took away everything and more, Leaving me with nothing you stare at me confused as if I'm just a w***e, But I'm not I'm your wife, But that tree you crashed into..... Just took you life. © 2011 Jane DoeAuthor's Note
