I wish we could go back

I wish we could go back

A Poem by Jane Doe

I wish we could go back

I wish we could go back,
To our days when we were little,
No care in the world,
Just wanted to be fed and then put to bed.

Or to when we were toddlers,
Giggling with mommy because she was tickling us,
Or walking and running before bed,
So we didn't have to wear pj's.

Maybe even back,
To when we were 5 starting preschool,
Nervous about everything,
Holding on to mommy's hand.

Maybe,
Back just one year,
Where mommy still might of been here,
If it wasn't for that trial...

Most of these sad horror poems are NOT true lol
I just wanted to see if I could create that image that feeling of how it'd be if it was true sooooooo did I?
