In Your Hands

In Your Hands

A Poem by Jane Doe

My life,

Was in your hands,

I thought you'd think the best for me,

So I gave it up willingly.

I did so without a thought,

No matter what you said I still wouldn't have fought,

I said I love you but you pressed the reverse button wach time I had said it,

You said the words would never fit,

My lips.

I was told love was the cure to all,

That love would always a precaution you'd want to take before the big fall,

So I did,

But it caused my big fall yes it did.

My life was in you hands,

I promised not to make demands,

And you took it apart slowly and painfully,

You tore my freinds apart from me.

You took my mother,

My life,

My will,

Then finally my breath.

You took it upon yourself,

To take my away my health,

Bit by bit and piece by piece,

But after you took my life without even a respectful tombstone with the words rest in peace.

This is the best one.
Very Good.
It is depressing, and rhythmic.
which is, in case you didn't know, a Spell.
