EPIDEMIC!A Poem by Jane DoePROMPT CHOICE 1 What if humanity ended with an epidemic virus? Would people hide from each other for their own safety? by-SweetsEpidemic
Spreading through the air, Spreading through the ground, Filling my lungs damaging my hair, Dead ones getting eaten by hounds.
People stuffed in the boxes, Rooms, closets, pantrys too, Getting sniffed out by foxes, To get terrorized like me and like you.
Many in beds dying in their sleep, Others laying restless in the streets, Some sleeping in jeeps, Where humans use to meet now only epidemics are born and created by heat.
Spreading through the air, Spreading through the ground, Filling my lungs damaging my hair, Dead ones getting eaten by hounds.
