Back At It AgainA Poem by Jane Doe
You push, I pull,
You throw me away, Yet I come begging back, "But not this time" I say. You don't want me anymore, But I need you, And it more than sucks, Because I DON'T want to. No, no I do, But you're not good for me, Im coffee and your cream, I'm the lock and you're the key. But are you? Are you right for me? Can you make it alright? Will you let me see? Can I watch while you dance, The dance of love, While you open your wings and take off, Gracefully, like a dove? I'll ignore her, For she makes me sad, But I'm crazy, possessive, and selfish, Yet this mames me terribly mad. I just want to be happy, Is that I do not deserve it? I'll just ponder this quietly, While on our memories in the clouds, I sit.
