im still waiting

im still waiting

A Poem by Everett Dulin

i think i know what hurts me.
shifting tectonic plates, like the movie.
your last breath, is warming
rose please open the door.

ive waded miles, to avoid fate.
endless waves, leave me waking.
your voice, it's heartbreaking
please leave me alone.

i think im fading
sweet nothings, you'll remain
to think there's an ending.
past the credits, ill wait.

no audience is cheering.
in the seats, they're shuffling
for an exit to escape,
don't tell me its too late.

Dear, Everett Dulin,
oh wow, that's a hard ball. I think relationships are resounding,
I never get it. I definately, agree, great read!
