closure.

A Poem by Everett Dulin

running in the snow,
high above all.
your breath, a whisper.
a break from the fall.
     
to call me there,
the planes above.
speaking of always.
following every path.
         
with a descent, into the blue.
clouds above, as below.
descending into eternity,
a warm feeling always known.
      
plethora of tomorrow,
unending yesterdays.
always looking up,
refute of one either way.

closure likened to a plane nose diving through the clouds into the plain azure sky...
like life as nears its fall...and we end up just another soul buried in the snow of the afterlife.
