A Poem by Everett Dulin
"

all 22 words are the title. this isnt the best i was talking about

"
 you lie there, disconnected.
 on the cold floor
 of your dreary studio apartment.
 no longer alone.

blues and reds paint the walls.
 dancing; pulsating.
 something so familiar.
yet you can't seem to recall the next part.

 a siren's lulling,
 crying through the night.
 a frantic concerto,
 begging "you can't go home"

 or so i thoug-

The title DOES speak volumes...

Some moments fill our memories - kaleidoscope flashes of good, bad, and life-happenings.
