deep watersA Poem by Dark Heart of Winter
A long, hollow funeral
no mourners have come themed in crystal and pain held beneath the silent waters the deep, black waters that fill the poisoned well of my mind. I sank beneath them like a broken dream drowning in the clear blackness cold and silent, muffling the light of my dying day. now the sun breaks the toll of the bell shattering the hollow sigh of the waves its rays piercing them and plunging like searching spears into the depths the placental fluid of my insanity. but it comes too late, the light only finds the bone white tomb where my soul is buried. © 2014 Dark Heart of WinterFeatured Review
