                                             My Sister

      I have a sister, Shawna, she means the world to me. Shes had a lot of hardship in her life that she just shouldn't have seen.

      Everyone has hardship this I know, but this shouldn't have been hers to bear.

      It was mine, you see I have loved her so much sense the day of her birth. I couldn't imagine life without her, there just would be no worth.

      I wish I could take her pain and sickness into me. I have no children, and hers need her they have lifetime medical issues, you see.

      I would willingly do it, god knows I would, give my life for hers, if only I could. I am older than her, but look up to her. She handles life with much grace and has much wisdom to share.

     I love you sis with all my heart, this I want you to always know.
