a poem about God's creation

creation

 

it was dark at first sight

before YAH made the first light

on the second day He created space

in heaven for Him as a dwelling place

 

on day three the earth came to be

with limitless life breathing from the sea

on forth day of the week the Holy One

brought forth the moon, the stars and the sun

 

He invented birds on the fifth day

while fish found their way in the creation play

on day six of YAH’s divine plan

was born great and small creatures �" and ultimately �" man

 

He rested on the Sabbath day -

and commanded us to follow in His way…
