She don't want to be his friend.

because she doesn't want him

to treat her as a friend...

don't want to see him,

nor hear from him

 

Because if she do,

she will have no second thought

of giving him a hug...

and say...

She still love him.

 

She don't want him to see her

nor hear her crying,

and want to leave it

 this way...

He will always be in her heart.

 

She don't even intend

to find another love...

beacause...

he's her Angel...

It's hard to remain friends with an ex. The feelings are still there it's not something you can forget. They are always there in the back of your mind. However in time you can heal and sometimes you can be friends. I've done it. Your poems create such a wonderful story bringing the reader through the heartache. Great job.

There are times when a love can only fill the role of a lover. Once they no longer fit that role, there is no other place for them in your life. It can be hard to recognize that, and even harder to act on it. You captured the turmoil and heart wrenching decision very accurately, even down to the clutching to that love so tightly that there will never be, can never be another for there is only you, "My only love".

This started as real loving to becoming lost or giving up on finding another love. Everyone sometimes ponders if they had "the" one .. and lost them but then life passes you by and opportunities. Sometimes a break is needed and we find solace in friendships.. for a time you can feel as though you will never find another as great as the last.. but then it can pass.. or you could reignite with the person you love so much.. all in all.. all one can do is live for themselves and keep hope and faith!
