Move On, I've Been Waiting For You - Part 3.A Chapter by FedeMary wasn’t quite sure what that sign meant. It was obvious that he was gone. Questions were left unanswered. No other clue appeared. Mary tidied up the mahogany table, headed towards the door and closed it. She waited at the porch and cried. There was no need to vanish like that. She cried for an hour until Syd’s friend returned. He thought Syd was dead. - Mary carried on with her life. She graduated from college. Her life lacked of ups and downs. Her brief story with Syd during college was the most adventurous thing she had done. It wasn’t much. She had the normal life: she worked 8 hours a day at a company, she watched indie series at night and cried every afternoon. There was one thing she was still enjoying. Going to the park where she first saw Syd. There, for a moment, the world stopped and was gentle. © 2014 Fede
