LostA Poem by Fey FrostLost When life shuts its doors You are locked at its cores You scream, you bleed You die, you were a seed A poisonous plant in the garden of life The black hole, the wound by that knife but life waits for no one Not for one , not for a tonne When we stand, we stand alone Only our work and nothing to own I cry, I scream out into the sky No one cares, not those who pass by I shout my doubts loud and clear Though I scarcely think someone was here The walls are closing in. I can't breathe ,the air so thin I can't bear to think of what is ahead If I think too much I may even bang my head © 2014 Fey Frost |
